A waterfront mansion on Davis Islands has sold for $4.9 million, the highest price sale to date in Hillsborough County.
Jeff Shelton, a partner at the Hughes Shelton Team of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, brought the buyer to 332 Blanca Ave. It was listed at $5.2 million with Bonifacio Tejedor, an agent with Vanderleelie & Asscociates Real Estate in Tampa.
“These record-breaking sales are not commonplace for this region, but a sale of this magnitude redefines the strength and value of Tampa’s waterfront communities,” Shelton said in a statement.
The title was transferred to a land trust with a Tampa attorney as trustee, according to a Hillsborough County deed filed Friday. The seller was Professional Talent Group LLC, the managing member of which is a Tampa attorney.
Built in 2009, the 8,900-square-foot home has five bedrooms, a gym, library, game room with bar, wine cellar, private theatre and a 15-car garage.
Outdoor amenities include 91-feet of waterfront, dock with covered boat lift and two Jet Ski lifts, resort-style pool with swim-up bar and spa, six-hole putting green and a covered boat house.
