A mansion on the South Tampa waterfront is the latest in a series of big luxury sales in 2020, clocking in at $5.45 million. The sale of the home at 5157 W San Jose St. closed on Friday, according to the Multiple Listing Service. The sellers, Chunilal and Kanta Shah, paid $1.1 million for the property

Three Tampa Bay beaches were named among the five best beaches in the United States by TripAdvisor users in a recent ranking. In the travel sites rankings, users rated Siesta Beach in Siesta Key the best beach in the U.S. and the 11th best in the world. The beach sports a 4.5 rating with almost 7,600 reviews.
